Chua Lam recently commented, “新加坡的食物有形状没味！教你3天就会了”.

If it’s with regards to our food court and/or hawker centre standards, I think he’s spot-on.

But obviously such a comment did not go down well within the local food industry. Chua, on hearing Mr. Seetoh’s and Mr. Moses Lim’s views on his comments, later said, “我到了这个年纪，就要讲真话，讲真话真的很不容易，因为一讲就会有一些怕输的人要来批评我。尤其新加坡人，蛮小气的，一直到现在都还要骗人，讨好人，那做人就做得很辛苦”.

It’s quite obvious who’s the petty one here and who cannot take criticisms.

Can’t believe I’m still paying over SGD$40+ for a meagre 3Mbps connection. Double-standards. Pffft!!! Oh well… life’s never fair anyway.
